Giraffe NFT Intellectual Property Rights

 

This document sets out the intellectual property rights relating to the Giraffe NFT collection created and owned by BES Metaverse. The Giraffe NFTs are a limited edition collection of 111 unique 3D playable Giraffes that can be used as avatars in the BES Metaverse.

 

Ownership of Intellectual Property
BES Metaverse is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights related to the Giraffe NFT collection, including all designs, images, and other assets. By purchasing a Giraffe NFT, the holder acquires only the right to use the NFT as an avatar and to participate in the BES Metaverse community.

 

License to Use Intellectual Property
BES Metaverse grants the Giraffe NFT holder a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Giraffe NFT solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as displaying and using the NFT as an avatar in the BES Metaverse. This license is subject to the terms and conditions of the platform and the Giraffe NFT collection.

 

Prohibited Uses of Intellectual Property
The holder of a Giraffe NFT is prohibited from using the intellectual property rights of the Giraffe NFT collection for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to the creation or sale of merchandise, digital products, or any other products that incorporate the Giraffe NFT designs, images, or other assets. Any such use will be considered a violation of the intellectual property rights of BES Metaverse.

 

Limitations on Liability
BES Metaverse will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Giraffe NFT holder resulting from the use of the Giraffe NFT, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of access, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. BES Metaverse does not guarantee the value, authenticity, or marketability of the Giraffe NFT.

Changes to Intellectual Property Rights
BES Metaverse reserves the right to modify, update or amend these intellectual property rights at any time, with or without prior notice to the Giraffe NFT holder.
By purchasing a Giraffe NFT, the holder agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this intellectual property rights document. Failure to comply with these terms may result in legal action by BES Metaverse to protect its intellectual property rights
